About

Qigong is the ancient practice of activating vital energy force (Qi) in the body while promoting overall health and vitality. Focussed movement of the body and breath-work induces a calmness of the mind that has the effect of reducing stress while energizing the body, mind and spirit. A regular qigong practice improves balance, posture, coordination, joint health, and mental acuity by balancing and strengthening the body's energy connections. The slow, gentle movements of this practice make this class suitable for all ages.
