COOKING CLASS with a brilliant local Chef, Alex Hamilton

with 18 years experience in renowned restaurants in Calgary, Vancouver Island, Whistler, Beijing and LA.

 

You will learn to cook an absolutely UNIQUE, EXTRAORDINARY and DELICIOUS

three course meal with unique flavors:

 

·      Cellar preserved beet salad caramelized goat feta, birch and sumac infusion

·      Juniper smoked lamb loin, celery root perogies, rosemary roasted carrots, black garlic cream

·      Pumpkin seed cake, oat and parsnip pudding, verjus, saskatoon preserves

 

When: Friday March 22, 2019 from 6 to 8 pm

Where: HSCA- 1320, 5 Ave NW
